The mooloomba Beach House "interacts with the garden through a freedom combination of structure and cladding that lightly frames a series of multipurpose outdoor living areas." The use of natural sustainable materials (timber, plywood and hardwood) are fitting to the location and the natural vegetation. Andresen O'Gorman Architects chose the sustainable option of green structural timber, being cheaper and more readily available.
