The Balaam Residence has been designed to take full advantage of the Queensland heat, with prominent decking centered on the idea of riverside living. Timber paneling provide the outdoor space with privacy from surrounding noise pollution and protection from sun, wind and rain exposure. The Pool, positioned on the first floor is the centerpiece from life - main communal entertainment areas surround this space. This is fitting with Queensland's lifestyle, having optimum living space outdoor whilst still shaded from extreme weather conditions; predominantly sun exposure. There is signifcant space for a large family to enjoy communal and private time, indoor and out.
